Damascus Township has released its Draft Data Center Zoning Ordinance, which can also be found on the Township website. The Township intends to adopt the Data Center Zoning Ordinance at the October 19 Supervisor’s Meeting, which corresponds with the end of the existing 6 month data center moratorium.

There will be a public hearing at the Township offices (60 Conklin Hill Road Damascus, PA) on October 6, at 6:30 pm, to discuss the Ordinance and to take public comments. The Township intends to advertise this hearing on September 22. DCS urges Damascus Township residents to become familiar with the proposed Data Center Zoning Ordinance and to make their comments to the Township Supervisors.
